Equestrian Activities Program with Peruvian Paso Horses under field personnel supervision.

All our horses are high quality animals, which stems from a long breeding and training selection process and they must be used by responsible riders with a know-how.

In order to offer our guests the opportunity to become acquainted with the Peruvian Paso Horse, we have designed this Equestrian Program which consists in getting instructions from the field personnel at the paddock track about this breed riding particularities so the rider can appreciate an amazing experience on the Peruvian Paso horseback.

Then, riders can tests different horses selected for sale in order to find the one that best complements with their own characteristics and personality because establishing a symbiosis with the horse is fundamental to enjoy completely the Peruvian Paso characteristics.

Once this process is complete, guests can join to the field staff in the schedules Peruvian Paso´s physical training routine riding our horses in smalls groups along paths from the Haras towards the neighboring landscapes.
In this way guest can participated in the Haras daily tasks that consist in the horses’ physical training necessary to developed and reach their optimum resistance conditions.

All this activities are subject to the field host criteria and will take place as long as the rider general condition permits it and also when our personnel consider appropriate the riding ability in order to safeguard the visitor physical integrity and not to harm the horse.

Those interested will be able to watch the daily tasks caring and training our horses exchanging experiences and knowledge with our experts and even take part in those which are not considered risky by our field staff. All these tasks will take place in Haras Ampascachi cottage and also in the facilities were we have established the breeding farm located a few kilometers from the house.

Since all the rural tasks must follow a daily routine and cause our main one is the horses breeding and training, all rural and equestrian activities should be previously requested and coordinated with the Haras Ampascachi Field Host.

Activities not included in the rates, which can be performed

To go on an excursion: We are able to offer a wide variety of outings around the area, that our guests can choose. The booking of these activities must be coordinated with the Host of our house. (Ask for rates and options)

Horseback ridings through the beautiful mountain trails:

• Half- day Horseback Riding: u$d 50 + Taxes (21%), per person
• Full- day Horseback Riding: u$d 100 + Taxes (21%), per person
