The price does not include TAX and is applied for a whole day, checking in from 11 am. The room checkout is at 9:30 am.

• If the guest wishes to remain until the afternoon, a rate of 50% of the daily price will be applied.

• In order to confirm a reservation, the guest or intermediary must make a 50% deposit of the total stay, on an account designated by Haras Ampascachi.

• Only guests with a reservation of a minimum of 24 hours will be admitted at our Cottage.

• If a guest cancels a confirmed reservation with more than 24-hour notice, the to availability and valid for three months. If the cancellation is made in less than 24-hour’s notice, a cancellation fee will be incurred equivalent to a one day stay, and the difference will remain as credit against future booking, subject to availability and valid for three months.

• We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard (all credit cards reserves will have an extra 5% charge).

• The doors of our rooms use their original locking system and have no key.

• We have rooms equipped with satellite TV and DVD, but there is no TV in the rooms.

• All the bread and patisserie is home-made.

• There are telephones in the common areas and internet connection at the front desk for the guests who may need it, but not in the rooms.

• Most of the furnishings in all the rooms are the original ones of the cottage, and every piece has been restored, preserving its material and design. For this reason, some of our beds do not adjust to standard measures.

• The food and waiter service starts at 8:00 am and finishes at 00:30.

• In order to provide our visitors with the best comfort, no dress code is required. However, they are requested to wear appropriate attire and shoes to go into the family and dining rooms.

• All the activities are planned together with each guest, according to their preferences, and not following a fixed schedule.

• Since there are no child care facilities, and considering the kind of activities laid on at our premises, and in order to create an atmosphere of peace and tranquility for our guests, no reservations will be made for minors under 13 years of age.
