Each one of the eleven house rooms has its own name, chosen to honor the Haras family owners’ favorite horses.

All rooms have private bathrooms and individual heating.

Cuisine | At Haras Ampascachi cuisine history, tradition and the valley generous nature mingle to offer visitors our country typical flavors and the Argentinean hospitality.

Every dish is carefully thought out and prepared to please the senses, integrating traditional recipes and cooking techniques with local ingredients and the chef modern cuisine

Grilled meats are also part of our menu, accompanied by exquisites Argentine wines from our own wine-cellar.

Every morning, the freshly baked bread aroma filled the house. Bakery, patisseries and typical home-made sweets appeal our guests’ palate.

Quincho | Our dining quincho is located next to the Haras horse preparation track and this is the venue where barbecue and music blend to produce the perfect evening.

Its ample spaces and warm atmosphere provide another option for relaxation and entertainment.

Besides, from the main veranda, it is possible to enjoy the riders and the horses’ activities in the preparation track, framed against the magnificent view offered by the Quebrada.
