Applicants are required to submit a secondary school diploma and have basic horse riding and horse handling training. To be admitted at the Equine Taming School, each applicant is required to sit for a theoretical exam and undergo a psycho technical evaluation. In the event that the applicant is unable to attend the practical examination, he or she is entitled to submit a level and equestrian skills certification. Evaluations will include the following topics:
- Test on horseback riding. The skills of the students as a rider will be evaluated; however, it will not be required to have an expert level.
- Some knowledge on how to handle the horse such as using the saddle, holding the halter, etc. Basic language level in English and general culture skills are required.
- 1. Psycho technical Evaluation. Some personality skills will be evaluated in relation to the skills for taming and horse handling.
The Equine Taming School will not accept students who are unable to pass any of the tests required.
